So, I went out with intention of only buying green tea, and powering walking home.
What did I come home with?
1 a day tasty chewable multivitamins, Wild Salmon and some other type of Fish oil, 2 bottles of this weirdo protein water that was on sale at my work, the biggest bag of torn romaine lettuce, bean sprouts (A huuuge bag for $0.99!) and celery.
I wanted to get some fruit but I am so bad at picking it out, and figuring out if it’s a good melon, or a bad melon. N00b problems.
But because I’ve done so well today, I treated myself to a medium coffee.
I feel good. I feel full.
